The Company
The need to optimize production and reservoir recovery factor for oil, gas and condensate fields has never been more in focus as the present due to the ‘low oil price’ environment.

The increase in the demand on oil/gas production has had a major impact on the technologies and solutions used in the upstream segment of the Oil Industry. Due to this increase in the demand, the technology is now faced with the challenge of producing more oil from declining oil reserves in a “low price” oil environment. In order to achieve that target, traditional solutions have been continuously improved, and many new solutions have emerged to address the new challenges faced in areas of exploration, development and production of oil.

Integrated Asset Modelling Course: 5 Days

This course is based on the Petroleum Experts’ IPM Suite*; PROSPER*, MBAL* and GAP* for well, reservoir and surface facilities modelling respectively.

The aim of the course is to provide hands-on experience in building integrated production models from the reservoir to the gathering system, considering and understanding all constraints and dependencies. The course covers well modelling, analytical reservoir modelling and field-wide integrated production system modelling, analyses and optimization.

Production System Performance Modelling Course Using PROSPER* (3 Days)

This course introduces the user to the PROSPER module of the IPM suite, with more advanced examples on well modelling and calibration and artificial lift design.

The course includes the standard PROSPER contents above with additional examples to further increase the usage dexterity of the attendees.

EAMON AKINOSHO, CEO and FOUNDER

Although receiving extensive education in the British universities, Mr. Akinosho spent considerable amount of time in his twenty-five years in the fields in Sub-Saharan Africa.  He was grateful to have been on the ground floor to see many new fields open and the explosion of growth that has started and in thus well positioned for global growth.

Eamon Akinosho is a highly accomplished Subsurface Executive with over twenty-five years of progressive experience in the international Upstream Oil & Gas industry.

He is an experienced Petroleum/ Reservoir Engineer with the ability to combine technical knowledge with strategic, commercial, environmental and safety objectives. His experience covers general petroleum engineering with specialty in nodal analysis and natural gas engineering. Key competencies are nodal analysis, facilities engineering, reservoir surveillance, production and operations. Eamon is conversant with major petroleum engineering software and Reservoir Simulators.

With a track record of consulting for various Africa-focused E&Ps, he has successfully negotiated exploration acreages, dealt with NOCs and set up local offices in countries such as: Tanzania, Namibia, Chad and Benin and also organized seismic survey campaigns.

Eamon has an MBA from the Edinburgh Business School, Heriot Watt University Scotland, an MSc. In Petroleum Engineering from Imperial College, University of London, UK. He also possesses a Diploma in Offshore Engineering and Msc. In Offshore Engineering from the Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, Scotland.

L. LAWAL, SENIOR CONSULTANT

L. Lawal is a seasoned petroleum engineer with expertise in Integrated Asset Modelling (IAM) and production optimization. His core skills span deployment of IAM solutions, well operating envelopes, production surveillance, optimisation, opportunity identification, systems de-bottlenecking and production forecasting. He also has experience in the provision of petroleum engineering support and training as well as technical assurance of IAM projects. L. Lawal graduated with a Bsc. Petroleum Engineering (University of Ibadan, Nigeria) and MSc Petroleum Engineering (Heriot-Watt University, Scotland, U.K.)
